We take the security of your data seriously. This page describes the measures we use to protect your information and the structures you submit for analysis.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. API endpoints enforce HTTPS-only connections.
Stored data, including analysis results and account information, is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Database connections use SSL/TLS.
Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. All access is logged and auditable.
User authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 with secure session management. Session tokens are signed with JWT and expire automatically.
Protein structure analyses run in isolated compute environments. Your submitted structures are not accessible to other users or shared across sessions.
We monitor for security vulnerabilities and apply patches promptly. If you discover a security issue, please report it to [email protected].
