Ashebo Method Biophysics ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Ashebophysics Predictive Proteomics Portal at ashebobiophysics.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

Name, email address, and organization when you create an account or submit a pilot request.
Analysis Data
Protein structure files (PDB/CIF) and UniProt identifiers you submit for analysis. We process these to generate druggability reports.
Usage Data
Page visits, browser type, IP address, and interaction patterns collected automatically to improve the platform.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your submitted structures to train machine learning models. Our engine is physics-based and does not learn from user data.
Analysis results are retained for 12 months from the date of generation to allow you to access your reports. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Protein structures submitted for analysis are processed in isolated compute environments.
