Analysis results are retained for 12 months from the date of generation to allow you to access your reports. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Protein structures submitted for analysis are processed in isolated compute environments.

We use the following third-party services:

• AlphaFold Database — to fetch predicted protein structures when you provide a UniProt ID
• RCSB Protein Data Bank — to fetch experimental structures when you provide a PDB ID
• Stripe — for payment processing (Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data)
